LG Optimus L9 which was announced in August 2012 is now officially launched in India with a price tag of 23,000 INR. The smartphone comes with a 4.7 inch (540 x 960 pixels) IPS LCD display and a 1 GHz dual-core processor. It runs on android 4.0 (ICS).
